Hello I have been vaping for a month now but it has been giving me stomach problems. Such as bloated stomach, feeling gassy, constipation, and sometimes ......... The more I vape the worst it gets.

I'm 25 years old and I went to the doctors and got some blood work done and everything came back okay.

I use a Sigelei 150 with a sub ohm tank at 50w with 0.5ohm or 70w at 0.2ohms.

The juices I vape I buy locally because I'm from Canada. The brands are Dr Fog, Flavies, Black & White Cloud Connoisseurs, and O.M.G. They range from 75%VG/25PG% to 60VG%/40PG%. At 3mg-6mg of nicotine. I average 4ml a day.

I stopped vaping for 4 days and I was completely fine again. I'm going to start again but taking it much easier to see if that helps. Any help will be greatly appreciated I feel I've worked too hard and don't ever want to go back to cigarettes. Thanks!

I've heard this from many different people. And I believe, let me just say that I am not a Dr. I've just heard this is a possibility of an allergic reaction from the pg. Try to get some max vg e-juice. If you look hard enough you can find "100 % vg " I know you can get all organic 100 % vg e-juice from virgin vapors website and I have some I ordered and it is awesome! And a reputable co. I got death by chocolate organic 100 % vg, its so smooth and p.s. I would go with 3mg nicotine, though 6mg is good also. I'm a direct lung inhaler also. I'm vaping on a sub tank mini 1.2 coil at 22 watts. Good luck :)

It sounds like nic OD to me, almost every one of those symptoms. Your nic is pretty low, but you might go lower, or back off the watts, or use a higher ohm coil; you're just getting too much, and the fact that it gets worse if you vape more, just demonstrates that, very clearly.

Hello @phased1 !! I am certainly no expert vaping person, but I will throw in my 2 bits for what this is worth. I have only been cigarette free for exactly one month. However, prior to getting on a good vaping regiment, my stomach was a total mess. God's truth. I now know that this was because of smoking death sticks and not much else. Since I started vaping, my stomach issues have vastly improved to the point where I can hardly believe it! Those wattage settings on your Sigelei are fairly high because that is a very high power output mod box. You just "may" be exceeding the recommended wattage values of the sub ohm coils you are using. You may wish to check this factor. Your nicotine levels are not all that high but 4 ml of e-juice per day might be a tad high. I know that there are folks that use three times that amount however. You may wish to reevaluate your VG/PG percentages, but I can give you no real good advice along these lines. Also, you may wish to mess around with your tank's air flow settings as well. Whatever you do, please don't return to regular cigarette smoking. This would be the biggest mistake of your young life. No worries, you will get "dialed in" > :sneaky:
