Well I can tell you right now, I am deployed and whenever i order stuff from like viper-vape or mtbaker or nicquid it TAKES A WHILE for it to get to me, besides that I have never had ANY problem with it being opened or destroyed or anything, understand the concern though seeing as the provari is one expensive peice of equipment.

No worries getting gear from the US into Canada. There will be no duty and because you have no juice or batteries, it should pass customs in about an hour.

I've ordered from several places, not ProVape though, and had zero problems. It's also quick - about a week to get things from IBTanked or Reosmods.

Now, when it comes to batteries there is no advantage to ordering from the US and you might find customs has an issue (they're considered a dangerous item).

With juice, I've not heard of anyone having a shipment seized, but with Jugheads here in Canada, why would you need to go anywhere else? Many US juices are available from several Canadian vendors (Gentlemen's Reserve, for example).

Bottom line - no problem getting gear from the US, maybe skip getting batteries that way, slight risk for juice (but no real reason to do that).
