I'm not too sure about the shipping charges, but I know that as far as juice price per ml goes, www.strictlyejuice.com and www.vikingvapor.com are the best! Check em out!

I'd definitely recommend Rob and Vapables. He ships very quickly and his juices are good. There's also Evapers. Happy Vaper is the best place to buy hardware and flavorings when you're ready for a little DIY.

Not sure about the others, never placed an order with them!

Couldn't tell you, I've never ordered from Nic Fit, but please post on your experience with them!

As for the vitamins, I'm on the fence about that one and that's WITH advanced medical training...

I don't think any supplier in Canada has nicotine, and Bloog will not ship to Canada, so I am in the same boat.
