Not a list, but I just picked up The Infected from USAMadeMods. Made in Louisiana, lifetime warranty. It is high quality and only $99.
I, too, lack a list, but will mention one: REO.

Aethertech and Flawless are both high-quality mod and RDA makers. Aethertech is responsible for the PlumeVeil RDA and a couple mods like the newer Notorious and the Caesura. Flawless mods the Tugboat RDA's and all the accessories for them, as well as the Tugboat Mod. I don't own any of their authentic products, but they all get good reviews, as well as being 100% US products.
There was a list of mods in this forum section titled something like best mods for $100 or less. Hopefully someone has the link saved, I can't seem to put brain power to work and find it. It has lots of quality american made companies that are trying to make it in this competitive

Mine is the Powder blasted stainless steel with brass accents. It is an awesome finish and it is starting to darken with use. Looks even better now IMO.
So how do you like the mod? How does it hit? Any issues with it?
I love it. Hits pretty hard. I would say just a bit under my full copper apollo. Not really enough of a difference to notice during normal use though. No issues at all with it so far, and I have been using it a lot. I will definitely be buying more from them in the near future!

I recommend the SMPL, if you can find an authentic. Resellers for their product are kind of in flux right now. Time spent on routine maintenance in any SMPL (authentic or clone) is about 1/4 or less of any other design that uses a top-cap.
