And it makes me sick to hear all those negative nellies spew crap about what their opinions on what we do or did. Most of them never served and just have no idea. Keep your chin up and remember there are many more of us who appreciate your contribution!!
You know, I never served, and I may not like every cause that we fight for, but I have ALWAYS supported those that do serve! Support the people even if you hate the cause I guess. I only learned later in life what service means! By then I was too old for Uncle! The difference is that I did actually learn!
Those who serve, Serve us. They serve our country, They serve our people. For that alone they deserve out support and Thanks! Again..HooYah

Could have not said it any better myself if only everyone would see it that way. I've been in for 8 years going on 9 in July and have been on 5 deployments my wife and my son have been there for 3 of them and my son is 3 I have maybe seen him for 9 months of his life so far. I put my own loves on hold to serve my country and dont ask for a break or a raise or anything extra I love what I do and the reason why I serve.
