Ted,

I don't personally ship to the UK because Simon (e-cigs.co.uk) and I are partners. If something needs to be taken care of or someone would like to order parts from me and they live in the UK, the referral/sale goes to Simon direct, and vise versa.

That is my reasoning for not selling across the pond. So far, Simon and myself have had zero issues with this setup, and it keeps things quite easy to handle. Ned seems to be the only one having issues.

Other then that, you can get njoy, Janty, Sedansa, and everything else in the UK so his words have ZERO backing.

Fair point cash and i know your link with simon but was asking everyone over there not just you :)

You have a connection with the uk but dont understand why most dont ship over here as if we pay the shipping then surely its just more custom.

but Simone doesnt have such a good sale at the moment ;-) (joke), but seriously what about other countries in Europe..not UK, why not to enlarge the circle of customers? from november free import to europe come to 150eur, so it would have a perfect sence for small orders for many who dont have a local supplier from the country..the shipment cost not so different.

With shipping from the US/China, customs is certainly a factor.

Most packages get through, but if yours is pulled out, expect a lengthy delay, a minimum 8 quid additional postage fee plus storage fees and whatever customs will charge you plus VAT (including VAT on postage).

I got badly bitten when ordering my Asus EeePC from Taiwan (sold out in the UK), and so I no longer buy from international suppliers when I can avoid it.

denni, i just tell in a previous post about new taxfree import level to EU, at the moment its 22eur, but very soon (i think in november) it will be 150 eur. i think this level could be quite ok on the ecigs purchase level.
