USB battery charger

I don't know didily squat about chargers. I have just bought a usb battery charger for my joye 510 batteries and what arrived was a box labeled 'ego usb charger'. The sticker on the battery says Input dc 9V 500 mah and output dc 4.2V 420 mah. Is it safe to charge my 510 with this or is it ego specific? These are new batteries and I can't afford to destroy them. Please educate me.

It is not safe for regular or mega 510 batteries which need a charger rated between 100 and 200mA. The 420mA charger is strickly for eGos/Rivas/Tornados.....
