Does the V4L USB charger not work with manual batteries?

I just got my replacements and I tried plugging them into the USB charger and it was a no go, the light on the charger comes on, but the light on the battery doesn't flash and it doesn't get any charge.

I still have the wall charger, but I was planning on being able to use the USB charger in my car in emergencies.

well. I know that isn't the problem. This is the battery I was just vaping with. It is definitely not fully depleted and it is definitely not fully charged. Plugged it into the wall charger and the wall charger started working right away.

Let Val know, Im sure she will take care of you

i actually tried that last night. It turns out I have to stick the battery in there then kind of tilt it at an angle and the center post will spring out and make contact with the battery and it will start charging. The only problem now is that the charger freaks out if I don't hold the battery at a perfect angle and the little red/blue light starts flickering between colors. I don't want to explode my batteries, so I think I'll stick with the wall charger.

I seem to get a good days use out of a single battery anyway.

I too found I have to "screw in" the battery to the charger to get it to work. Once I figured that out it works correctly all the time for me. I just gently push the battery into the charger until it bottoms out then I keep pushing and turn it as if there were threads in the charger. About a quarter turn is all it takes but the light turns red and the battery starts to charge.

On the usb chargers: if it has a cord, you have to screw it in. I have never used the on that plugs in and is one solid piece, but I have heard that you just push the battery into those. I could be wrong though. I do know for a fact that the ones that have a dangly cord on them that is about a ft long, you must screw in the battery.
