I'm a DSE901 user, SO far I have been having great battery life (80+ Days now!) roatating 4 batteries between me and my girlfriend. I also have a USB pass through from ruyan direct/heaven gifts. This is the second PT I've had from him. The first one, had what i think was a physical button issue, where the passthrough would stay on until the cut safety cut off time, eventually got to where you couldn't push the button at all.

Ruyan kindly refunded me the cost of the PT, stating they had trouble with that batch, I got my new one, basically just had to pay shipping on the first one, and the return of the first one, he refunded me the actual cost of 9$ and essentially sent me another free one (minus all the shipping of course).

The GF had been using it for about 2 weeks... The PT had been basically error free, she did let me know sometimes, the atomizer would stay on when the button wasn't pressed, and she found you actually had to unplug the PT then plug it back in ot get it to stop heating, as the button actually wasn't physically pressed... so she usually unplugged it if left unattended. but i think the safety cutoff was not working when this would occur. So last night, i'm asleep and awake to find her flustered. She had went to shower, sat the PT down, forgot to unplug it, apparently still heating the atomizer nonstop (this only occasionally happens), she returned to inhale tasting nasty burnt flavor, took the cartridge off to find the end of the cart totally melted into a tiny shriveled lump... the atomizer is now charred black inside... well when she found this, the atomizer had stopped heating at this point and was dead, she then took that dead atomizer(not realizing it was dead) & placed it on a good battery, figured out the atomizer must be dead, and then changed atomizers, and noticed the battery wouldn't work on the new atty, so she moved on, now with a new battery and atty, vaped and went to bed.

I found today that dead atty she hooked up to the good battery, must have somehow killed the battery, because now it wont charge work heat etc.... I've taken the battery sometimes the led works when activating the suction switch, some times it just flashes, and sometimes it just flashes when it's sitting on the table not being used or touched or moved, just flashes. IT doesn't seem to charge as the charger doesn't turn red when i plug it in, and sometimes it doesn't flash when i put it in the charger for the initial charging flash... I've tried everything with it today, so at this point i've given up on that battery...

Anyone else had this problem? or know how to fix the battery?
