USB Passthroughs?

Does anyone have any experience with USB Passthrough batteries? I'm looking at this one:

I'm not too sure if I should pull the trigger on the purchase or not, though. Not unless anyone else has tried something similar and know it works okay. I do like that it's 1200 mAh and variable voltage, though.

Personally, I'd love to be able to continue vaping while charging. I have a spare battery, but swapping them is still a bit more effort than a simple USB Passthrough. Especially when I forget to bring my other battery.

Has anyone tried anything like this?

Its not recommended to vape while a pass through is plugged in... I ruined several that way, so I can attest.
