I got a few small portable cell phone usb chargers for dirt cheap. They last for 2 full cell charges so figured I may try to make a mod with it. I got all the wiring and all down as it is my 5th mod but 1st at a 5v try. When I hook up the battery it produces practacly no vapor.
I was reading up on it and just want to make sure if the output is 5v but 500ma I am really only getting 2.5 output wattage and thats why its underpowered. Is that correct?
