usb PT cutoff?

the usb PT I got with my first order with V4L cuts of anywhere from 2-5 secs., varies time to time. Is this normal?

No, I don't think so. Is yours an auto or a manual? I know on my manual, I can just push the button again for a longer drag. On the auto you should be able to just hold the vapor in your mouth and take another drag.

But 2 seconds is not right at all. I'm sure Steve will send you a replacement -- he always takes care of us. Just put it in the comments section of your next order. Can you tell us what you have your PassThru plugged into? If the source does not provide 1amp, it won't power the passthru properly and you will only get a 2 or 3 second draw. If you are using a power source other than direct from usb port on a computer you could be having a power problem. These passthru's don't do well plugged into most USB hubs either.

MoonStruck: I'm using an auto. Maybe I should ask for a manual. btw thanks for replying to my every newb post you've become my advisor to go to.. hehe
