Hello, guys. Question: Does a usb-to-wall adapter HAVE to be plugged into an actual wall receptacle to put out the correct amount of power? I'm sure I'm not using the right terminology, I apologize. Or should it operate fine plugged into, for example, the power strip for my computer, modem, etc? Because it doesn't operate any of my three passthroughs, but does fine with other things, such as my PCC's or usb-to-charger, when it's plugged into the power strip or extension cords I have other areas. I paid $17 for it at a forum supplier, so it doesn't appear to be a cheapie version. It is a 5V-2amp output model.

Thanks,

It seems as though your question is specific to the wall charger.

Have you tried in directly in wall outlet?

Yes is should work plugged into an extension/strip/whatever. Unless your charger is a 2 or 4 port unit which divides those 2 amps. IE. 2 ports, 1 amp to each port. Or 4 ports .5 amp to each port.
In which case it may/will not work.

If you need more help, you have to give more specifics on what charger you are using.
Otherwise you might want to ask your question to the vendor from which you purchased your wall charger from.

If your PT's are all from V4L and they don't work at all (in anything)...
your question was incorrectly phrased. Then you may want to list your specific gear and carts you are using also.
