Using Pass-Through On USB Adapter

We can't get our PT to work using a USB adapter (from madvapes) plugged into a wall outlet. The adapter works great to charge our batteries but won't run the PT. The PT works fine plugged into our computer so the PT does work, just not using the USB Adapter.
Anyone else have this prob?

What's the power rating on the adapter, and what kind of cartomizers are you using?

I go through really unpredictable stuff with all my PTs. I have a bunch of chargers and a few PTs. All go through an extension cord to a wall plug. Some days they work right off the bat, others, like yesterday, I spent with various combinations and magically my 510 manual PT worked and now will work like a charm until I dare unplug it. I will not do this because the vape from this particular PT is so sublime.

Still working on the voodoo.
