USB Wall Adapter 1.5A question

Can I use the USB Wall Adapter 1.5A with the 78mm manual batteries? It says it's 3x the power so I'm thinking it will recharge the battery faster. But it says it's for the passthroughs.

No, it won't charge your 78mm batts any faster. The charging time is determined by the battery (or is it the charging dongle?), not the wall wart.
