What is the best one to use for mods I have a joytech one I think its .5 amp charges really slow and gets I bit hot not burning but hot to the touch. Is it dangerous to use like a 2.5 amp? Or should I stick with one amp? I was using an iphone wall charger and for some reason last it just died on me and noticed this morning that my new amok r80 wasn't charged if I could get a few suggestions of what you are usinwould be great

I found out through charging my IPhone that not all wall wort chargers are created equal. Some of the cheap dollar store units will actually damage your phone so I assume it will also damage your hitter. I bought the plug/USB that replace the plugin in the wall and use that to charge my gear. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to my apple wall wort, nobody touches it.

You've got some good advice already @the dog and already got this solved, just wanted to add a couple of thoughts for general information.

A wall wart is not a charger, the charger is built into your mod. The wall wart is a USB power supply. There may be some intelligence built into some for more advanced gadgets like phones but no mods I know of can use this.

The charger in the mod will draw the amps it needs and if the wall wart is rated for less current it will heat up. The important thing is to have a wall wart that is rated at least as high in amp output as your charger will take, or higher. If the wall wart gets too hot it will burn out. Don't know if that can start a fire or if it would simply burn out the wall warrt, but I don't want to risk it. If the wall wart is rated higher than what the charger takes, it will just run really cool.
