use a pila IBC to charge ULTRAFIRE-18350-1200mah

Hi folks, quick question is if I can use a Pila IBC to charge Ultrafire 18350 1200mah 3.7v BUTTON TOP Rechargeable Lithium Battery Li-Ion UF18350
If so just use a bolt along with the included extender or get a dummy charging spacer(would rather use spacer).
Where would I be able to get the spacer?

Found an answer, yes you can use it and I got a custom made adapter. It is the same size as a 18650 with two 20 gauge wires that have magnets at the ends you attach them to any size battery very cool!
