Use eGO T regular atty or LR atty?

I have a 1 month old Joye eGo-T, using original attys and the tanks that came with kit.

Today I got a digital VOM meter and checked a couple of things. The first was the battery voltages. The 650mah batts fresh off full charging show 3.4volts across the 3 I have. The pass through batt hooked to the computer USB shows about 3.5 volts. The stock attys show roughly 2.4 ohms across both of them.

I am wondering if the Joye eGo-T LR attys, advertized as around 1.7 ohms, might give a better th and smoke and/or taste. Or, one of those higher voltage kits?

Even though I blow the attys out and clean them in EverClear (95% ethanol) daily, I could swear they are building up airflow resistance, but maybe that's just in my head, I dunno.

Also, wondering if there are any clear cartomizers that are safe to use and don't leak. Wife and I are a bit fried on the idea after last weekend when a SmokyMizer CE-3 took out her 3 batteries plus the battery of one of the chaps that sold the kits and the CE-3s to us at their store on Monday. We like the idea because we can use fairly thick juice in them and also see the juice level. We drive a lot, can't fiddle with reloading juice with a semi in city traffic.

Suggestions? Ideas? Head shrinking?

i know madvapes sell smoke tech dc cartos in clear,I never used the clear st dc so i dont know about cracking and leaking but smoke tech 1.5 dc rock my ego.Great throat hit and lots of vapor.I tried ego tank and lr and hated em than people from ecf told me to try st dc cartomizers and thank god they did because you cant compare the two.

1.5ohm cartos can fry an eGo mosfet. I dnt recommend using anything below 2.0ohm on an eGo, but that's up to you if you want to take that chance

I'm not a big fan of the tank system, but the LR eGo-T atties will give you a little bit better TH. As for clear cartos that don't leak, I haven't had good luck at all in that respect. For me, at least, they always seem to eventually leak or come apart where the plastic meets the metal connector. I would also recommend any of the 1.7 ohm cartos that are available or even the Boge 2.0ohm. These won't meet your clear criteria, though.

As mynameisrob says, you are taking your chances with anything below 2.0ohm. I've been taking that chance for quite some time now with no adverse effects.

Oooo no, I don't wanna cook more batts. So, what's good in 2 ohm attys or cartos?

I've been using an eGo T type B with LR attys for 6 months now. All my batts still hold a charge for a day or 2. I've tried multiple recommended cartos and none of them come close to my eGo T. I vape 3-5ml of juice a day and have yet to lose an atty also, but I keep a few in rotation.

I have a riva kit on stand by just in case my ego battery's die so let em fri its worth it for the vape the st dc give off. didn't try the boge 2.0 yet but ima give them a shot.I ben using the st dc for a month and no sighn of damage but got a riva kit cause the price is great(LF) should of did that from the get go could of got two riva kits for the price i paid for my ego oh well now I know lol.
