From my understanding the warranty only applies to the orig owner. But they do repairs for a very good price you can find all the info at there site.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

What is covered/For how long:
The ProVape-1's electronics are covered by our lifetime warranty from the date of purchase by the original end-use purchaser.
