Im useing standard Ego 1000m batts, and use a vivi nove mini tank system. I use 1.8 and 2.4 heads. Im getting very mixed results with vapor amounts and taste ect. I find the 1,8 heads best for the 70/30 VG/PG Liquid im useing. The 2.4 heads seem to not give an even slightly noticable throat or nose hit. The 1.8's seem to bur up quick at the coil. Ive been wanting a mod, and would like advice on some settings. Looking at a Telescopic mod, the K100 with 2 18650 batts? With that mod, what Ohm heads would be the best in way of big vapor and decent hit? I dont know how it works, is it higher volts = Lower resist heads, or is it lower volts= higher resis heads? I was also thinking of getting an adjustable voltage Batt(Ego style sort of) its i think 3.2-4.5ish in adjustability. What voltage and heads would work better from experiance from you all? I cant throw down a ton on different heads right now. I can afford either the telescopic mod with 2 18950 Batts from GotVapes, i think the batts are 3.7 volts, and i have 1.8 heads(but alot of places run out fast) so what are my choices for best results 1.8 and? Then if i dont get the Mec mod, if i get the adjustable voltage Batt, what heads and voltages would work best? 3.2, 3.7, and the 4.? combined with 1.8 or 2.4, 2.8(i think) Heads so i can get the best vapor and taste with a bit of a hit?

Thanks for reading.

It's really all about wattage:

You want to stay in the green area and you can get it by several combinations of volts and ohms. In general - stronger flavors require more watts to bring out the taste, and lighter flavors do better at lower wattages. There are some flavors that do good at both higher and lower wattages but taste a bit different.

You can burn or wash out lighter flavors at wattages that are good for stronger flavors. If you vape a strong flavor at lighter wattage, you might not taste the full flavor. And enough wattage - 10-12+ can burn out the strong flavors as well.

So it is a matter of finding the sweet spot for each flavor you have - as well as maintaining vapor and throat hit. It takes some experimentation. Starting out - it's not a bad idea to have a less expensive (than a $$$ mod) variable voltage battery - eGo Twist or
Vision Spinner and one good atty - say a 2.2ohm joye atty and drip tip for sampling flavors and finding what wattage is best. Then find a battery - eGo, or eGo-type or a mod that suits your size, lifestyle, etc. and finding some solid attys/clearos/cartos that can get the wattage on that battery or mod.

I ended up primarily with eGo-c upgrade batts and Kanger T3's in 1.8Ω and 2.2Ω for my flavors. The 2.5/2.6Ω ones were too light for my lightest flavors and the 1.5Ω too hot for anything except espresso/coffee.
