    Generally around 8-15 watt.
Usually the recommended wattage is printed onto the cell of coil.
What is the atty you use?

You need a lower ohm coil to do that and a DL tank.
Are you using a tank right now ?

If it is 8-15w....that works.... Batteries will last longer @15w....id like to try 50w+ just once but need the correct coil....not sure i have the right batteries to go the max or even 100w

Don't think there is a coil for that tank that would be good to 50w, you could crank one up there, but don't think it's going to taste very good..

The Aspire Nautilus X coils currently come in 1.5ohm (rated at 14-22 watts) and 1.8ohm (rated at 12-16 watts).
If you want to vape at 50 watt you need a DL tank.

Direct lung it refers to the type of inhale. It’s opposed to MTL mouth to lung which is like a cigarette inhale. DL is more like folks used when smoking plants that are illegal in some places and not in others.

Is one worse(health wise)...... I've assumed most of the negative press on vaping is either people vaping oils not meant to be vaped or tainted crap bought from vendors on the street that might be selling bs

Never been a wacky tabaccy smoker(tried the real thing once in 43 years).... Guess i might be better off staying at 15 w....... Though i wouldn't mind trying 50w once(not sure its worth buying a dl tank for something i wont be using consistently

Thanks all for answering my questions
