using a HV 510 atty with a high drain aw 18650 1600mah battery

I thought I would try this, becuase the two 3v tenergys...i have to recharge too often.But I want to make sure this combo wont harm my battery or atty. Anyone know? I was using LR with this battery..but I'm hoping the HV atties will last longer.

It will not harm your battery or atty. The vapor will definately not be as hot at 3.7 as compared to the 6v with the 2 Tenergys but the battery should last ya a day or more. My 3.7 box with one Trustfire 2400mah lasts me over 24 hours and I hear that AW's are better...ymmv.

Thank you...I'm just trying to find a combo..that is satifying enough and where my attys will last longer...I have to take longer drags this way...but if my atties last longer I'll put up with it.

I suggest you lower the resistance of the attys you buy.... if you are using an 18650, it is not intended for HV attys. They will last, but you can get the best balance with "regular" attys. (LR will be hotter vape, and will use the batt faster).
Regular attys are 2.2 to 2.5 Ohm (510 atty).

Thanks...I'm using LRs agian the HV attys...are for 6v.....takes to long to get a good vape and I'm to busy for that!
