I'm making a PT using a cnc machine(ton of work already into it) I was looking at going the USB way...nope not for me.. I saw some using a PSP 5v changer...

Regulated Output: DC 3-4.5-6-7.5-9-12V, 1200mA max

I've got all the parts for the PT, but I haven't got the transformer yet.

Unemployment tends to thin out the old wallet.:glare:

This is the first one I found, but have since found cheaper ones on Amazon.
Though it could be argued cheaper isn't always better.

Are you referring to the 5v 2 amp usb adapters that don't always meet spec?
I figured 12v 5 amp is high enough, that I would still have enough juice if it
fell short of the advertised specs.
