Using Albuterol in a Stardust?

Here's the issue: Mom's got COPD and as such, uses albuterol on a nebulizer. Unfortunately, her nebulizer died today and we're having trouble locating a replacement in a timely manner. I was wondering: Is there any reason we couldn't load up some Albuterol in a new Stardust and have her vape that until a replacement nebulizer can get here?

My wife uses a nebulizer and I understand the need. However, I'm pretty sure it's not vaporizing by heat. My guess would be ultrasonic. So, I'm not sure that would be advisable.

I have often wondered whether these devices could be used to deliver therapeutic drugs though.

That's my concern as well. I'm not sure how heating the medicine would affect it. Wouldn't it be awesome if you could though?

I wouldn't, there's no telling what heat would do to the medicine. Might even be flammable. I would try and get a hold of the appropriate inhaler ASAP, and in the meantime, keep some strong black coffee on hand. The caffeine can help open the airways; works, sort of, for asthmatics.

Noooooooooooo. You don't want to heat albuterol. The nebulizer makes a cool vapor, not warm.
