Using cotton candy ejuice as sweetener instead of flavoring?

I have some juices I need to sweeten or take the edge off. I have read a lot about using "cotton candy" or EM but have gotten lost in the multitude of posts about DIY. I am not using flavorings, just want to adjust some juices I have that need a little something. Can I use a few drops of regular pink cotton candy, ready to vape juice or do they have more than just EM in them? Thanks.
