I was wondering if anyone has experimented with putting lemon juice concentrate in e juice recipes. Its the little lemon bottles you buy at the grocery store with lemon juice concentrate. How did it help with flavor? Was it better or worse? Does it make it sweeter, sour, tangy etc... All opinions and help I really appreciate thank you very much :)

Strangely it has different effects on different flavors. I only tried it out a few times, a drop or two per 10ML of juice. You really can't taste it as lemon, but you know it's there. Some flavors like fruits, it seems to increase the flavor. In creams it seems to kind of enhance the flavor to a point. I never used it in a high enough ratio to really call it a flavoring, more of an additive like Smooth or EM.

I've heard it makes flavors pop, but then can end up muting them the longer it steeps. I don't know how true this is, just have seen a few people say this. I haven't personally tried it because of that. Maybe someone who has used it can let us know more.

I tried it and it was absolutely disgusting...the only pop I got was me popping the top cap off the juice and pouring it out

Lemon juice was previously used to give a boost to flavors that have faded over time. This proved to to work for the short term but over time caused juice to mute even more then before. I did once use lemon in a cola mix and wow did it give it a boost but sadly after a week or so the flavor faded to nothing.
