Using other brands of cartridges

Hello,

I just got the Black Evo cigarette from Intelli Cig.

Its fairly small, Id say probably the same size as a 100 length cigarette.

I was wondering, since the only flavors available to order from this company is tobacco and Menthol flavor....

Could I buy flavored cartridges from another company? would it fit?
I have no clue on what type of ecig this is.
From reading the forums it seems like its a 901? or something?

The ecig itself is great, it produces a good amount of vapor, been giving me a good throat hit and everything, but man.....it tastes HORRIBLE.

I have the tobacco flavor, man its worse than a real cigarette.

I bought some eliquid, and although it works, I still have to smoke a good amount of the cartridge before I can drop on some other flavors.

It would be a great help if someone had experience with this cigarette and buys other brands of cartridges, or at least knows what they are talking about as far as what I can buy that fits.

If I can't thats a shame....

but If I can... please point me in the right direction
I would love to buy some other flavored cartridges, because the tobacco flavor on this is very disgusting.

The black Evo is apparently a M-401 style so you could search for pre-filled carts for that model. Puresmoker.com has the "Pilot-Hybrid" ecig which is the same model. They sell a few different carts for it.

The ugly taste you get for the first few days is the primer added to the atomizer by the manufacturer. Don't know why they use such a foul tasting primer but it disappears after a day or so-at least it did on my Evo.

Usually, the pre-filled carts sold by various suppliers don't taste nearly as good as the ejuice.

If your carts truely taste horrible and you can't stand smoking them, pull the stuffing out of the cart, rinse the nasty stuff out of it with hot water, pat dry on towels, refluff and re-insert. Then you can fill with the juice of your choice...

Before you go to bed, run your atomizer under steaming hot water for a few minutes on each side, holding it with tweezers, and then let it dry on a paper towel overnight. In the morning the taste should be gone.

do you dip the atomizer in the water?
or just hold it over the water?

I dont want to ruin it.

the idea of taking out the wool is very good,
I will try that.

but I think you may be right that the atomizer is the cause for this foul taste, because even when the tobacco flavor runs out and I refill it with my ejuice, I still get this foul aftertaste.

anyone know what cartridges fit the m402 they only sell blank ones to wholesale customers ordering thousands i want to order there cig but not there filled cartridge as i want to drip menthol i spoke to them about it and tough luck to me they will let me know when they sell them to us poor slobs. so i need cartridges from someone else any ideas folks ?

M401 and M402 cartridges are exactly the same. We have many wholesale customers of theirs on the forums. Since you already know that they sell blank carts to wholesale customers by the thousands, why not try some of our other suppliers on the forums? There should be many selling the M401s. Just search for a few on the suppliers forum and i'm sure you'll find one that suits you.
