using premixed juice base

Seems obvious to me, but maybe too obvious? My question:

I found some premixed juice base. 50/50 mix pg/vg with 24mg nicotine. If I bought this, would I just have to add flavor to taste?

seems too easy, but price is right. $13.89 for 500 ml.

okay, was too easy. I found a calculator to determine recipe for using this stuff.
answered my own question.
