Using SI TE3s on an evic? Is this possible?

Is there some adapter that will allow me to use my smoklessimage TE3 tanks on a 510 battery? I'm trying to find a way to use a TE3 on a evic. Ive heard the smokeless image thread type is 808. The 510 to 808 adapters ive seen look like the wont make contact with the center post on the tanks though. Also I see alot of 801 adapters and 808D adapters. Which one am I supposed to use? Has anyone else attempted this?

On a side note im (NOT) looking for anyone to sugest other tanks.​

Wow thats weird. The forum transformed the link and shows that its an 808d connection.

If the T3 is what you have, just pick up a few Ego threaded heads and swap out as needed. Kanger makes Both.

I do NOT recommend adding/extending on the eVic 510 threading. it is not a really strong material. Swapping Bases will allow use of the Ego threading which is much more stable.
