I've got a couple of them here, and there's no significant difference in size between them and my 18650 flat-tops.

Performance-wise... well, they work, and they give a little extra umph to my unkicked mechanicals. They're much more prone to losing charge when not in use, though, and take for-frigging-ever to charge. I don't expect them to last too long, either... after a couple weeks or so I'm already seeing some degradation in the amount of a charge they'll take.

I heard they take 3-4 hours to charge (after the intial 8 hours on the primary charge) and they take a special charger too!!!
Thought they might kick some .... in my SB.....which is already KICKED by Evolv.
Just thought I could add alittle exta to the SB????

I have a couple of them. Used them a few times in my SB, but they are pretty much a waste of money anymore. Just get a Kick to use in your 18650 mod instead.

I do have a kick in the SB with the sleeve extension for the 18650 batt.
Though these could add alittle more kick. Would they work with a kick?
    Have you tried it?

I don't recall if I've used mine in anything with a kick, but I'd rather not burn one out trying it. Those things are designed for 3.7v.

I do know that mine don't work at all in other non-mechanical mods I've got. My Provari, for example, won't turn on with one of those in it... though that may be because they're flat tops. I only know they don't work in it because I popped one in by mistake once.

And yes, they require a different charger than standard lithium ion batteries. The charging method is very different for NiMH batteries than it is for Li-Ions.

super t sells the battery and the charger.
but i cant see the use of a battery that big being only 600mah

I know what you mean. I had the same thoughts. But, I heard some people getting around 8-10 hours of good vaping time on them before they start petering out!! I dunno????

I didn't know that about the kick!!!!......thanks for saving mine:thumbs:
Pretty sure the Provari only works with the button tops (nipple) batts.
    Great feedback, Thank You.

I just got a kick. It's been on my list forever and electronicstix had it priced a tad lower and only charged $3.00 shipping. I am a sucker for appropriate shipping. I was waiting for a percent off coupon code. Hasn't been happening that way. Penny saved penny earned and I would not buy one from classifieds ever. They sometimes charge more even but $5.00 savings is not worth the chance of used IMO
For my Mortar. It was made to accommodate kick so should work! I know the kick is old news but it took months to figure out what it's used or and actually understand. I think they call it extreme right brain? I get things in terms gestalt discoveries made radomly in my head at the most bizarre times. The blinding flash of insight. Why am I rambling? Because I'm excited The kick was truely the last element I wanted ( probably didn't need) in my big tray of supplies. I'm set man! I really mean it. Watch them come out with a better version of it... But it's not really complicated so how could they?
