Ha! I think it would take me a year to go through a quart. :)

Hahaha! I used to be able to say that... now I go through a quart in around 3 months or so.... Last time I checked, I go through close to 15ml a day. Fair word of warning... that's what happens when you switch to sub-ohm... ;)

No clue what sub-ohm means, but I expect to use more when I drop the real cigarettes completely. Also, my husband is starting to take on vaping a bit, so I'll probably be mixing for two.

Sub-ohm refers to the resistance of the coils in the atomizer. Typical clearomizers and low wattage atomizers are around 1.5-1.8 ohms if I remember correctly. Sub-ohm is anything below 1 ohm. Depending on the device I'm using I'll run 0.2 ohms to 0.9 ohms (my current set-up is 0.9 and uses ceramic wicks... it is absolutely amazing!) :)

Ah, I see. Well, this is my setup - don't laugh, I LIKE it! :) It has an atomizer which I change out every few weeks. I have three of these. I don't know the ohm though.

Looks like an EVOD tank on an eGo battery. Not a bad starter set up. They have coil heads available for that in 1.8 and 2.4 ohm resistances. You'll get longer battery life out of the 2.4s, but you'll get a warmer vape and more flavor out of the 1.8

I absolutely refuse to laugh at anyone's choice in vape gear. What works for the one may not work for the many nor for me. And that works both ways, you may very well hate my set-up... LOL

Yeah, with yours I'd be wondering whether to smoke it or shoot it! :) I don't hate it though, it looks like it fits your hand real nice.

But I agree, to each their own, and the only important thing is if it works for them. My little ones last about 2 days on battery, and hold enough juice for about 1.5 days. Works for me. I'll take a picture of the first one I got. Fully adjustable, and bigger, but I hated it! It was way too harsh, even at low settings.

Is that the Star Wars (Limited Edition) Storm Trooper Mod?;)

LOL! Nope, it's the Vaporesso Target 75W VTC... I won it in a contest here courtesy of Heaven Gifts Man... the flavor out of these packaged cCell coils is amazing!

Yep, it feels good in the hand... LOL... I thought it looked more like an old-school video game joystick...

That's not bad... I go through at least 2 batteries a day, and have to refill the tank 3-4 times... but for me, it is absolutely worth it!

This is the first one I had. The Rocket. I hated it.

Hmmm... haven't seen that one. Kinda looks like a 'Spinner' adjustable voltage. No idea what the atomizer is... at least you found something that you like, though. All that matters is that you find something that works for you and keeps ya off the smokies...

Very true. And smoke-free for 2507 days?! That's amazing, and I hope to be there myself one day. I love seeing how many of you in this community have quit. It gives me a lot of hope. :)

Thanks for the tip and Amazon link. I do have one of those coming in my kit, but I think it's plastic. I should get another one.

Plastic is fine, since the liquid is only going to be in there for a few seconds while you are measuring.

I personally start off any new hobby going cheap, since you don't know if you will love DIY mixing....

.8-1 ohm is my preferred resistance as well.

Yep, I've been vaping for over 6 years now... I did take 1 drag off of a cigarette a couple weeks ago, ya know, 'for old time's sake"... Ugh! That was the most awful thing I've ever put in my mouth... hard to believe I used to smoke a pack and a half a day... You'll get there, it's a process, not a race. While you're switching, the biggest thing to remember is, it's not about the cigarettes that you do smoke... it's about all the ones that you don't.
