OMG i hate USPS, i dont remember if you guys have an option for fedex or UPS but if you do I will pay the extra fee. Still have not received my order yet (nothing on the fault of GotVapes) its just USPS is so slow and updates are few and none. It said on the USPS site that ok will be expecting Package May 8th (given it should have been there monday or something the 7th but thats another story). I waited and waited then ..... nothing checked at 4pm yesterday (time mail normally comes) Nothing.So I gave up and say it would be today when it will come. Looked this morning at 5am and still didnt update still said the 8th ..... oh that got me. Then at 9am today i check again finally said it will be delivered today. Hmmmm Im just Ranting cause i want to try the phoenix bad LOL. thanks for Listening ^_^
Never have an issue with usps unless i order from gotvapes. Seems like whitestone or where ever the PO is, they are just slowwwww. I ordered something from Cali on the same day as gotvapes and im in NJ. The cali product got here 2 days quicker

starting today we will be using a new usps office and hope the new place is smoother
We are also goign to implement soem presorting for the USPS office, you shouldn't have to do it but anythign we can do helps.
I used to work for the USPS and know they sort the Priority on seperate racks, manually. So what we are going to do is seperate all priority from our general mailing bag so they expedite it directly to the priority manual racks. To give you a picture of what they do: all priority they cull out is sent to a certain floor at the SCF and clerks there manually go through each mailbag brought down and 'toss' them to the approriate regional SCF mail bag. Once the bag is full, it is pulled from the rack and tied off with a barcode and thrown on a platform truck where it is then wheeled to the approriate dispatch vehicle, some of them may even be put on planes, but, most of the time Priority is over-the-road.

Its strange - we audit deliveries from time-to-time. We had a day last week where regular first class mail (not Priority mind you) was dispatched say on the 27th of April and got all the way out to California and was delivered on the 30th. I checked packages for that day and all of them had similar good processing. Then you will have some days where they totally drop the ball.

I always have very good luck with my USPS deliveries from GotVapes. I get my packages on the second day after it is accepted at your local PO.

I placed an order early yesterday morning and got the electronic shipment information alert, and I know that doesn't actually mean anything except that you received the order. The information didn't update until earlier this afternoon when it said that it's been accepted at Whitestone. Is this the new PO? Just curious if my order was sent to the new one or the old one.
Have you guys looked into other shipping options? Surely UPS or FedEx will jump on the opportunity and drop prices a bit.

to everyone, i apologize for any delays, we really want to ship everything out the same day, but we have been swamped lately plus the usps doesnt help. i am finally acquiring an actual worker and not a temp person who shows up here n there.
oh i odnt bash them, just some office are crazy, other then i love them, cheap and they get the job done, i think in a year and a half they lost only 1 package. i have had dhl , ups and tnt lose 3 in less then that.
Actually, I envy you. I placed an order on May 2 and it fell into the Whitestone black hole. This is my status as of now (May 10, 4:18 PM EDT).
USPS estimates the package will be here by May 8, which is coming up soon in two days ago.
The order contains sorely needed replacement Stardusts and battery. I may break down and go find someplace local, which I hate to do, but at this rate, I am not entirely confident my order will be here before summer ends.

Bad, I just sent you a PM with the order number. Thanks for looking into it. In fact, I came to the forum to PM you then saw this thread. After thinking about it, I figured there was nothing you could do, so I just decided to rant about the USPS.
If there is anything you can do to speed things up, I would appreciate it.
Note to self: pay for the nicer shipping option when I order from GV.

I am just around the corner from you in Round Rock and I have had the worst luck getting my stuff from got vapes. It takes 5-6 days after GV drops it off no matter if it is priority or first class.
13 or 14 days from postage to get to the middle of NSW Australia by regular post (USPS). That's on quite a few orders too. Gotta be lucky at something I s'pose.
yes yesterday we found out the actual delay, so lets say we are super busy and cant ship on same, so it will go out next day, but if i drop it off to late they hold it again becuase the person there is lazy i guess, then it gets bounced around , this doesnt happend all the time but its been more frequent lately, i would get excuses but no real answers until yesterday which was that they closed the main hub for queens where I am at a little over a month ago, so now they go through flushing then go through brooklyn then it gets released, so they told me which place to go to so they go to a different sorting facility to avoid the bouncing around.
