I PM'd you, but it might have gotten lost in the shuffle and that's fine, no worries. I made an order on Tuesday that showed it was accepted at the post office on Wednesday. The status hasn't updated since then and I'm concerned. If you can find the PM from me, I gave you my tracking number there. It says it's due to be delivered on Monday, but since it hasn't updated at all since Wednesday, I'm worried that it's lost or something.

The status hasn't updated since then and I'm concerned. If you can find the PM from me, I gave you my tracking number there. that can happen bonny, many times it has not shown updates until later when its in your area hub , the reason being is initially they arent scanning them, they are scanning 1 sheet that represents all the packages we drop off, depending on the usps office or the first hub they go to, they might not get scanned until they go to the main hub and leave.
As i mentioned the big hub for queens has been closed which is closer to me, so now the mail goes through a little trip before it leaves, certain days this hasnt happened, other days its been horrible, i was even told there are days where all the mail is lumped up and left at the hub for a day or so because of the cuts they went through financially.
The woman at the new usps office i went to was much nicer and told me about the closed hub, you can google it,"" ny queens usps hub closed"" and then explained to me the mess it can go through and which postal offices i could go to which bypass the brooklyn hub and go directly to the Manhattan hub which is a much better place and is always moving.
When we are really busy and have to send out packages the following day it worsens the situation cause it adds a day to any mess usps might do, normally they are pretty good though. I had 2 helpers but they where not serious about the job and couldn't work all the times i needed so it makes it difficult on us becuase when we drop new products we have to deal with many many orders, I have seemed to rectify this with a fmaily member who i trust and actually needs a full time job and they are perfect for this. I will training him with daniel in the coming week or 2 and this will speed up the process to make sure no matter how busy we are , all orders will ship out the same day with very few exceptions. This will give me more time to concentrate on what you all need to be working on and thats vaping gear.
