USPS issues?

I love USPS, and actualy enjoy the human aspect of it all. I like a world with mistakes and "oh crap" moments. I have them, and figure my mail man does too.

My mailman has not been looking in the "out" box of my neighborhoods mail boxes. I Have a money order that should have gone out on the first. BUT my mail man is a great person, and an older military vet. Anyone with fortitude willing to die for my freedom, gets all the time they want in my book.

I really like knowing where it is , I mean what is point of having tracking if you can't track it? I worry a bit because my Dad had a friend send him computer parts from Norway and it got to 3hrs from his house then disappeared. They gave him run around and said since it wasn't insured nothing they could do , so now I worry when tracking doesn't actually happen.(especially since I ordered from Amazon...)

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I ended up making a purchase last Thursday night with a vendor I have never ordered from before. The only info I have is that on Friday USPS was notified to expect my package for shipment, not updates since and it was been a week now and nothing at my door yet, hoping it is there tonight when I get home... I don't know who to be upset with USPS or the vendor....

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I ended up making a purchase last Thursday night with a vendor I have never ordered from before. The only info I have is that on Friday USPS was notified to expect my package for shipment, not updates since and it was been a week now and nothing at my door yet, hoping it is there tonight when I get home... I don't know who to be upset with USPS or the vendor....

When I get stuff first class mail it usually takes 4-5 days. When I get stuff priority mail it is here in 2-3 days.

I live in California and this week I ordered from MyFreedomSmokes.com who is in North Carolina. Order placed Monday, package arrived Wednesday. The REALLY cool thing is that on MyFreedomSmokes.com website it says they don't ship on Mondays.

Ironically...I seem to get my packages faster (from most vendors) using First Class. I live in north Florida. Why it seems a bit faster I don't really know. It used to be I'd always choose Priority, but those times I was a bit too tight financially and went with regular postage...the package seemed to arrive a lot faster. Like in 3 days. Except this last time from MVS. Don't know what happened. I ordered a bit late on Friday but they shipped that day. Didn't get it until today, though. It seemed to be banging around NY awhile for some reason.

What I have been seeing is that the update will say out for delivery, I will not receive package, next update is left notice, package should be next day. The funny thing is that 99% of the time I see my mailman.

My last vape mail experience involved my usually overly incompetent mail carrier. My package showed out for delivery and I saw she was outside. I went to my mailbox and no package instead a notice saying my change of address scheduled to go into effect the next day from one apartment to the downstairs unit had gone into effect a day early. So I chased her down the street and asked if she had a package for me. Usually her answer would be I'm sorry I cant hand mail to you if it's not in your box you'll have to wait until it goes back to the post office. However this time she actually said "No I didn't see anything for you. So now blood pressure going up fast she says wait a minute is this your package. It was my desperately needed cartos and E Liquid. Had I not run like Usain Bolt who knows where my package would have gone. I love Mt Baker Vapor like none other I just wish they would use UPS or Fed Ex. I hate the post office with a passion.

Bought some batts on the 28th of January its been a week and still nada so i called vapoligy to ask em if there was any problems. Long story short USPS doesn't know what happened to my package so vapoligy sent me out a new one that im hoping gets here by tomorrow.

I noticed now seems to be the local PO that has the issue, or maybe the later in the week you order the better. I ordered the one in UT Sunday, and it is getting here today. The one from VA was ordered Wensday early morning and should be here tomorrow. (plus it is getting updates)

Fixed that for ya, scalping tracking fee's is something else they love to do

Yah, while there have been exceptions, it seems that no matter what day of the week I order, it's arriving on Friday or Saturday.

I forgot what the lady told me but call usps and ask what's up with my tracking...they will explain it for you...it made sense to me but that escaped my brain what she exactly told me.
