Hi all, I'm a relative newbie but I ordered from an e-juice supplier who has impecable ratings here on the forums but I am very discouraged and I have to speak up. Don't want to name names.. I ordered 2 small 3 ml bottles of juice on Wednesday morning around 7:00 am my time, keep going on their site to check status and it was still not ready last night so i emailed and got an email back saying it would still yet be a couple of days before they can make *produce* it, not to mention ship it to me. I'm not going to cause a ruckus. Just wondering if this is the norm. Thanks!

alot of suppliers custom mix there juice to order so it does take a bit. if you dont wanna wait which some ppl done madvapes.com always has there juices pretty much made up they just throw in nicotine and ship it out. ive literally ordered over 75 dollars in juice and its at the post office 4 hrs ltr....and there dirt cheap with a reviews page for there juices

When you get into the suppliers that custom mix their juice, some take awhile.

I've ordered from some like intelligcig, cignot, and goodprophets and even with the order being placed on a Saturday or Sunday, the juice is on it's way and I have had it in my hands by the following Tuesday.

SOOO sorry to hear you went back to analogs because you didn't have enough juice. Your experience with that many days after placing your order really isn't the norm even for those that mix to order. I only order from vendors who mix to order and normally if I've ordered early in the day my orders ship out the next business day. (as in your case if I ordered on Wed morning my order usually ships out on Thurs). IF the vendor is running a large sale it does often take an extra day or two before the order ships. In four months of placing orders I've never had any order for hardware or juice not ship in what I considered a very timely fashion. And beleive me, I've placed a lot of orders with a lot of vendors :)

In the future always make sure you have some spare juice on hand because its not always the vendor who takes a bit longer than you expect before they ship, BUT the shipper can sometimes take what seems like forever before they deliver it to you.

If you normally order your juice in 3ml bottles this is going to continue being a problem because you will always be running out of juice. Most of the suppliers here on ECF are very reliable, but things like this do happen, so it is wise to order larger quantities so you don't get caught short. The smallest bottles of juice I order are 30ml, and for the juices that I vape daily, I always try to have 60 to 120ml on hand.

Yup. Banjo is right. You only ordered two 3ml bottles. That would only last most people two days at best. I'm sorry that you're having problems, but some of the suppliers have been having problems with the weather, the FDA and upcoming Chinese holidays. Sometimes it's out of their hands and they have to wait just like we do. Not only would I suggest ordering more than 6ml at a time, I would suggest having more than one vendor.

One to two weeks Is how long I usually wait for juices. maybe longer if a vendor just had a sale or was closed and recently reopened, or if they customize their juices according to what PG/VG I want etc. It's not like they have all those different flavors and PG/VG blends all in different nicotine levels all sitting on a shelf ready to be packed.
