Can anyone please help in identifying the individual parts contained in the attached link?
I believe tje base is a svoemesto "Sticker" (although I am not certain). Also, what is the Electronic mod being used?

Finally, does anyone know how I would go about buying the individual parts so as to duplicate the set-up?

It is a home built unit, haven't seen the parts for sale. I have seen several mods built in this fashion but no parts offered for sale.

I have seen this done with a VAMO... but this looks a bit different, the buttons are not under the screen on this one
