As far as sub tanks go the new Uwell Crown III looks quite promising and has garnered decent reviews. I'm quite fond of the locking mechanism and the aesthetics are impressive, apparently the premade coils are good. The question is whether they work (and for that matter work well) in TC -- Uwell says they are SS316 but there is no official word on whether they can be run in TC mode. Anybody have the scoop? I wouldn't mind picking up one of these for on-the-go vaping if the coils are decent in TC. Thanks!!

I use the original crown coils in temperature control mode, the .5 and .25 ones. I would think they use a similar process to make the 3's coils so I don't see why you couldn't use them in T.C. I realize you probably want a solid answer from a crown 3 user but if you don't get verification I'd say you're probably ok using them.
I've used both Crown 1 and 2 in TC. The TCR may not exactly match SS316. Think I would up using 105 but play around. The Crown 3 should be similar.
