Uwell Crown shorting my DNA 30. Help!

I got a uwell Crown yesterday at a vape convention. It came with 3 coils (2 0.25ohm and 1 0.50 ohm).

I just threw it on my dna30 with a 0.25ohm coil and it says shorted. Then I tried a .50ohm coil and it worked.

Does this mean I can't use the 0.25ohm coils with my vaporshark dna30 or is it just a bad coil?

Hi SwollenColon, I don't have the Uwell Crown (yet, I just ordered), but I've experienced this problem with other clearos. There's no reason the .25 ohm coil shouldn't work on a DNA30 mod, so I'm guessing you got a dud coil.

According to the datasheet, the .5 ohm coil is as low as the DNA 30 will fire.

Thanks for the info. Now I just have to find these coils somewhere.
