just sent my provari to get it upgraded. now back to the waiting game. cant wait to get it bak anyone else getting this done?

I had mine upgraded.. just got it back a few days ago. I vaped at 4v when it was V1.. still vaping at 4V now that it's V2 LOL. I could have really done without the upgrade but I had to have it

still nice to know that its a v2. so im guessing you you like using carts? i like using lr306 atty with my dca on my prov but witht he v1 i could only put it upto 3.7 volts and higher it would error out cant wait to get it bak so i get put it upto 4 - 4.2 my friend tell me this gives off a great vape cant wait to get it bak.
I use the smoktech 1.7ohm resurrector. I had no problem running it at 4v on V1. I've gone up to 4.2 on V2 but it was too hot and gave a burnt taste.

It apparently managed a one in a million fall onto the floor that tore out the internals of the 510 connection instead of just breaking the carto.
I only vape 3ohm boge cartos right now so performance wise I haven't seen any change other than the button being less likely to double fire when changing settings.

20 bucks for the v2 upgrade. Not sure about a blue led upgrade. Good question though. I bet a lot of people would do that.
The site says they will NOT upgrade existing RED led's to blue ones....the screws are too small or something.check it out under FAQ
I love the red with the Black Chrome even better, the key is getting the V2 upgrade to the 3.5 amp limit if someone cares to do so.
Remember there are tons of Provari V1's out there with some very happy vapers using them just as they are.

I believe they included the lower settings for ultra-low-resistance atomizers. A voltage that low won't be useful for common SR and LR stuff.
I have a Provari V1 with the Blue LED and at the moment Have no desire for the upgrade! Also...I really wanted the Blue LED, and I like it allot, but the truth is i would be happy if the LED was any color of the rainbow! I do like the new Black Satin finish though!
I'm probably the only person who has absolutely no desire to upgrade. If I liked LR cartos I wouldn't have bought a high voltage pv. Besides, as far as juice and flavor is concerned, there is such a thing as too much power.

I run Boge 2.0 and 3.0 cartos. I get the range I need on my V1. I really wouldn't use the V2 amperage increase, but I'll probably upgrade it at some point just because it's a cheap upgrade.
Got mine back a couple days ago. They must just replace the whole innerds, my button works alittle firmer, not much, but noticeable. My VISION Stones are all 1.7ohm so been using 3.0v. They still get quit hot, as much as I chain vape. There's no Blu LED upgrade, unless you order a new unit. JMHO
