I'm fairly new to vaping but have reviews to share. First-my original starter kit:
I looked online and read reviews before I finally bought my 1st starter kit. I decided to go with V2 cigs. I had questions to ask before I ordered from them and they have an online chat to use right on there website. I placed the order tuesday morning and recieved it on Friday.
I have had two issues with there products. They were minor. One of the batteries I recieved worked for about a week then stopped charging. I contacted customer service. They gave me instructions on cleaning and trying to charge it again. When that didn't work I called back. They sent me a replacement that day with a pre-paid postage to return the malfunctioned one.
The other issue I had was with the liquimax blanks they offer. I called to ask about that and the final verdict they just credited my account so I could buy more.
I have since ordered more batteries and accessories from them. The delivery time and customer service has so far been great. I have moved to a VV mod but will save that review for another thread.
I highly recommend V2 as a beginner starter kit for someone trying to kick the analogs.
