V2 Mega Charger Problem ...sigh

Hi Guys. Maybe you can help. I tried contacting SI through their ticket system 7 days ago and again 5 days ago with no response so I'm quite lost now.

I recently purchased a starter kit and the mega charger does not seem to be working properly. The charger shows full battery life but both ecigs will not charge. If I play around with it, sometimes it will charge for 15-20 seconds now and then but then shuts down just like before. I followed the instructions (youtube video) to a T and still no full battery :( . Is this something I'm doing wrong?

Also, I sent them multiple emails with no reply. I purchased from SI because of the ridiculous positive customer service feedback ...are they just really busy atm?

UPDATE: Apparently their listed email was wrong. Inquires should be sent to support@smokelessimage.com instead. Heather & Bob have looked in to my issue and handling just as I thought they would. A+A+A+ Customer service all the way!

Let's back up a couple. Is it the Mega Charger Case which is showing a full charge on the Mega Charger battery or is the Mega Charger Case showing a full charge on the Volt batteries? Are you sure the Volt batteries need to be charged? The Mega Charger will show a fully charged Volt battery as being charged for about 10 seconds and then switch off since no further charging is required. If the Volt batteries need charging how are you determining they need to be charged? Flashing ash tip? Are you using the Volt cartos which came in the kit?

Yes. Cigs need charging indicated by a flashing tip when the button is pushed (I have a manual). It is doing exactly what you described right when I got it, it believes my batteries are fully charged and is turning off prematurely.

I am having the SAME problems- w/attempts to reach customer service AND with my Mega PCC. .
I called SI last Wed., described the issue w/my charger to the CS rep (charges a blinking/dead battery for 5-10 min, then the (battery) light turns off, then the "charged" battery only works for about 1/2 hour). .He told me to email CAS. .I did so...waited 2 days, then msgd Imagine to ask.if they were just really busy; she.said all tickets were replied to & to check my spam folder...I did, then re-sent the email. waited 4 more days, and still no reply. .
VERY frustrating, as I spent SEVERAL hours (many more than I care to admit) researching which device to buy then where to buy from (I have a lot of difficulty w/making decisions, so it probably took me 5x longer than it should have). .I ended up deciding.to go with SI, because of all the comments I'd read about their great customer service..
Anyway...sorry for the rant : / ....
About your charger- the CS rep I spoke with walked me thru all the steps to charge a battery, so I know the issue with mine is a faulty charger (vs user error). .Maybe they had a rec'd a bad batch from the mfr or something(?). .The user manual that comes with the Mega pcc is really the manual for the slider pac, so the lights/indicators aren't the same- so it's hard to be 100% certain if you're operating it correctly or not when you are following the instructions. .: /. .But if your battery led is turning on when it begins charging, you are operating it correctly.
Anyway... Hope you are able to work it out..Good luck....

We just may be twins, lol. I'll surely let you know what Tom replies with to help with your charger. We ordered from them based on their customer service rep, lets hope they come through. I'll keep ya updated.

it is mostly likely some sort of spam filter on your computer... you can log into your account on our site and review the responses there as well :)

I apologize if this comes off as offensive as that is not my intention. I am just trying to find a resolution to my problem. Especially after paying $112 on my first order with a company I carefully selected.

I also made a request on 9/28/12 and my original request was made through the ticket@smokelessimage.com according to the instructions on the website, and to date I haven't received an acknowledgement through email. I just checked my SI account and there is nothing there either.

Apparently that email address is incorrect (maybe a mistake when they upgraded the website recently?).
This is the correct one: support@smokelessimage.com
