What impresses you the most about Smokeless image and why

Gosh - there's really not anything left to add to what has already been said.

If there was a "What He/She said" button - I would have been clicking on that!

I'm thankful to Heather for putting up with all my questions in the beginning (long before she pointed me to this forum).
I didn't have a good experience w/ another "seller and my first VERY short-lived kit".

ordered from a different site first like most people do liked it and then I found ecf.... and then SI... the quality of the batts and the multitude of options makes me happy.... so many out there just have basic black and white if your lucky maybe a pink blue or SS option.... but with SI I get diamond end caps rasberry rainbow purple... I'm a girl I like pretty things and SI understands and caters to that... even with guys they don't have to be pretty but you do have favorite colors ....

It's nice to be able to express ourselves color wise and the quality it by far superior no their prices aren't always the lowest but for the quality and options I say SI is by far superior than any other vendor...

especially since EVERYTHING can work together thats a huge draw for me for when and if i decide to upgrade to an x2...

not much else to say but SI has my patronage for a long time coming
