V2 Order Fulfillment is Horrible

I started vaping last Sunday with Blu disposable from my local Walgreen's. I fell in love right away and didn't pick up an analog all week. On Monday, I placed an order with V2 for a starter kit, which I cancelled and received verification of CS of the cancellation. After I placed another order for a better starter kit (around 10 AM Monday), I noticed that it was still awaiting fulfillment as of Tuesday morning.

I contacted CS and received verification that the shipment would be sent on Tuesday, 5/22 and would make it to me by Friday (since I was going out of town and needed to have my equipment to avoid analogs all weekend). On Wednesday, I received an email advising me to ignore my previously issued tracking number, and I immediately contacted CS. Did not ship on Tuesday as promised, wouldn't be there by Friday.

They issed a credit for the shipping, but you never get a second chance to make a first impression. I have read on V2's own forums that fulfillment/shipping is abysmal...plus their prices are way too high. Just wanted to pass along this info.
