My post was not meant to denigrate Heaven Gift. Lord knows I've ordered a ton from them(got an $80 order coming now) but more of a defense of Janty who has provided me excellent service every time.

BTW---Janty always sends me any replacement equipment under a warranty claim immediately. I can then send back the defective part at my leisure..........not many companies do that.........

I was pointing to your #3 comment:
--
3. Janty's warranty is far superior to Heaven Gift. 6 months on the atty for starters. Is heaven Gifts offering that type of warranty?
--

The answer to your question there is 'yes' - on the atty and the body.

While Janty has a good warranty, and like you, I have also had them send parts immediately, I wouldn't characterize it as 'far superior' to Heaven Gifts as far as the actual warranty goes - the shipping is inconvenient, I agree, but the warranties themselves are similar.

True, but like you, I have a bunch of JS's from Janty (and dietsmokes) in part due to your recommendations. And again, thanks. They've made the transition from cigs easier.

JMHO, glad to her that Janty's CS is so good. I have been dealing with Wayne at HG almost since day 1 of vaping. I am very much customer service oriented and will get what the old folks call a 'snit fit' with bad CS bu Wayne has never let me down. I just received a large order from a company that I will never do business with again. I won't bash them. just won't give them my biz.

I often will make orders at different companies on a try and see basis but HG is the only one so far that has kept me coming back. I will need to try JantyUSA too. BUT I have to stop by Tasty Vapor, and Pure Smoker first!!!!

Let's make this clear. Joye is Janty's contract manufacturer for this device. Janty designed it, Joye makes it for them. This is all in the Janty forum. Joye is also a distributor for this device. The price will be comparable once you include shipping. What you're really paying for is the service behind the product. Good luck with dealing with China (not that they're bad, just takes forever and the shipping is killer).

With the prices they have the shipping doesn't bother me, 180ml of fluids that I CAN taste for 54.00 74.00 with shipping that just over 12 bucks per 30 ML . I just recieved an order today in Ga placed there on CHristmas day.. thats with Xmas, News Years day and New Years Eve and two weekends in there. Made it to JFK Jan 2. It usually doesn't take a week, this time I waited ten days. Just use the express. Had placed an order with TW US on Xmas eve and got it Saturday and they are only one state over. So one day difference?

Please see the quote below from Mik. I got it from the Janty forum. Janty will actually sell the v3 for the lowest price you find minus $7..........
The responses in bold are from Mik.

Here is a few questions answered:

The white one looks like a perfect companion to MacBook.

BTW, is there a news letter of Janty shop? I don't like to miss white Janty Stick during limited period of lower-than-HeavenGifts price.

Heaven-gifts will carry the color schemes we are - plus we should have enough of all colors when that time comes. For now we will focus on ipod white and black matte. We might do a poll on here, for what color should come out next.

Is there any modification as to leaking inside the unit?

Yes there has been some modifications to adress this problem as far as i know

well, in my case the stick on HG (Gold account) is 47.50$ ~ 35€

if janty really matches this price, i will wait

Re-read the original text i posted, i have updated it - basically, if you find it cheaper, we will lower the price on what you found it for and subtract 7 dollars from that price.

I doubt Janty will match the price for a member loyalty incentive price at Heaven-Gifts. I'll bet it will be a few dollars cheaper (i.e., 1 or 2), plus the natural reduction in shipping costs and time. That's enough incentive for me to buy it from Janty. Plus the customer service. I can wait a week or so.

I am not sure about the member loyalty price, but i think its fair to say that would be .. unfair However, feel free to check with your shop for this particular enquiry

The pictures, at least on the Heaven-Gifts site, seem to show the same old stupid battery cover, and if this hasn't been changed, I'm really disappointed.

Well. We are making some flip out battery covers, that you can attach a lanyard to - which makes it harder to lose, and you can also flip out the "ring" making you able to unscrew/screw the battery cap in and out with ease - i will check to see when these will be in the shops - and also, we will be selling spare covers soon.

On another note, when will some details about the Stick XL be released? Or do you want to risk Joye or some other affiliate stealing your thunder on that as well?

Noone is stealing any thunder anywhere. We, and Joyetech are both large companies, and sometimes miscommunication happens - this is one of those times. The Stick XL is more or less designed, and once we go about the process of finishing that design and details, we will post on ECF so you all can have a look, and a say before it goes to production

Does anyone know if they have space to take protected batteries yet? One of the major problems with 10440's is their tendency to over-discharge due to their tiny capacity..or do Janty sticks have protection circuitry built in?

I'm using protected 500mAh 10440's in my V2 Joye Stick. They're a little tight but they do fit.

The Joye Stick IS the Janty Stick... they are both produced by the Joye Company in china. Exact same product except for the Janty Logo on the Janty Stick.

I purchased the Joye Stick v3 and it should be arriving in the mail in a few days, so I will let you all know what I think of it. Janty is charging way too much for the same product. Order the Joye Stick v3 rather than waiting for the over priced Janty Stick v3 that has yet to be released by Janty (though they claim it was a shipping malfunction of some sort... riiight)

With shipping of $17 for EMS from China to the United States (4-7 day shipping), the total was $71.90 (base price of $54.90 before shipping) which is still lower than the base OVERPRICED Janty Stick of $79 plus shipping.

Seriously, anyone that buys the Janty Stick when you can get the Joye Stick for cheaper in under a week delivery is crazy!

:pThats Exacally What I Did Too...Ordered Joye V3 From Heavensgifts...Then Desided I Needed Extra Battery So Within Minutes placed 2nd Order & They Caught It & Saved Me Extra Ship Fee For The 2nd Order!!:hubba:I Can't Wait For My Order To Come SOOOO Excited!!!!
Shipping Was $15...V3 Was $57.50

I ordered the 905 V3 from Healthcabin. It arrived day before yesterday, and it is great. However I can't say that it is any better than my home made nicobox (they both use 14500 batteries). I ordered it because I go through atties in about 2 weeks and I wanted to see if this is better. I ordered extra 901 and 510 atties plus a 901 to 510 adapter at the same time. They offer a 6 month warranty on everything. Hopefully I wont need the warranty but if I do I can wait and send multiple items at once. I don't for a second think that all these items are going to last 6 months. I entered ECF in the coupon code and saved 5%. I found this item at Litecig for a better price but their site did not show the version and said it had an on off switch which makes it an early version. The only problem with the 905 is that it is round (perfectly) and if you lay it on any table it will roll off (thankfully it still works).

Sorry about getting off topic. When I read joystick I was thinking it was the 905.A mod can delete this if they like.

I'm No Expert But I Just Got The JSV3 From Heavens Gifts And
Ordered It On A Friday ..Got It On Wed. Not To Darn Bad From China!!
It Seems To Work Better Than My 510--Vapor & Battery--Throat Hit Etc.
I Love It & I Am Sure Wayne Would Cover Anything That Went Wrong If Need Be. I Might Even Order Another Its The Greatest! The Black Rubberized Body Is Very Nice, Stays Where Ever You Put It. Wipes Off Nicely Lookin Real Sharp. I Know Kent Wanted To Know About That. I Rate It 9 Out Of A 10!!

So the question of durability was brought up. I have a Joye stick V3 from health cabin, and I have been using it for about 3 weeks. The button doesn't work anymore and the rubberized coating is wearing off the case. The battery lid also seems to be getting a bit loose. All in all it is a good concept but it is plastic and thin and not so sturdy. I'm not rough with it just normal use to me, kept it in my coat pocket or in the car mostly. Looks like I'm just going to have to make my own side by side. I like the package, I prefer wider and stubbier than the super long mods. I'd also prefer it to have a switch to shut the whole unit off so there aren't any pocket fires. It does have a 5ish second cut off which saves the atty if it goes off in your pocket. I would like it to have a more robust or serviceable switch.

I just recieve my used Joye V3 from OmahaVapor today with 2 x 302 attys, 10 ml juice, usb cable, 3 batteries (one of them IS protected but does fit just a bit tighter fit), and a Super T Tip (which is awesome) for $55 shipped.

I have only been using it for a few hours since I got it but so far I would say its great! He had it for a few months as a backup vape. The case seems prettys sturdy and being used it does a ding or two in it but the rubberized coating is still intact. Dust does not seem to attact to it and even if it wipes off easily. The button is fantastic and the fact that it doubles as a PT with the USB charger cable is great. So far Im happy with mine.

I personally think the price difference of the Janty vs the Joye is just paying for the logo or the brand if you will. Overall they are the same dang thing and both carry the 6 month warranty.

Oh and I was curious does anyone have a clue as to when the Janty lanyard battery cap is supposed to be coming out for the Stick V3? if thats what its even called...
