I have been a customer of V4L for about 6 months now. In that time they have almost NEVER gotten a single order correct. Always a backorder, out-of-stock, wrong product. The batteries (4 different types) are crap.
When they screw up an order (almost EVERY time) they give me a "gift certificate" for what they shorted me. In reality, they are ripping me off. They charge at least $7 for shipping, regardless of whether it is one pack of carts or 5. So, if I order say $20 in product, they charge $27. They ship $14 worth of product and give the "certificate" for $6. But, I still have to then pay another $7 to actually get what I ordered in the first place. So for that $20 worth of product I have now had to pay $14 in shipping. If it was once or twice, I could almost understand, but it is EVERY SINGLE ORDER!!! If they just sent the product a few days later, no problem. THEY DO NOT!!!
Now to the batteries. I have short and long, manual and automatic and a number of these. After about 2 months these things just screw up constantly. They won't take a charge or hold a charge.
No More V4L...I'm done with you. Oh, and I'll also be sending this link to their customer service.
