VapeDudes - Still not received 2 months later!

I have been waiting almost two months for an Ego Twist. The initial order was placed on 9/20 and they did not include it the first time. I notified them and the girl said she would ship it the next day...after a week went by I requested a tracking number for the new shipment and got no response. Four weeks after that I sent a angry message threatening a charge back via their support system and didn't receive a response...so six days after the submission of the support ticket I publicly posted it on their Facebook and had a response in 20 minutes. Well what do you know! Within twenty minutes she said that apparently USPS lost the second package (still wouldn't provide the tracking number; I honestly believe she never sent it). Supposedly they have sent it out again but have yet to provide a tracking number for this third time. WTH Vapedudes. The original order was September 20th...it is almost November 20th and I still do not have what I ordered?! If the order does not arrive before December 1st then I will definitely be issuing a charge back.


Edit: After posting my experience on multiple sites, they have contacted me with the following:
I sincerely apologize. I am the co-owner of the company, the person you have dealt with the entire time. We are overwhelmed right now with customer service requests and orders and your replacement Twist request was delayed. I am so sorry!!!!!! We are closed right now to new orders so we can catch up, regroup and be better than ever. I do hope you liked the juice at least! I'd like to give you a Gift Certificate to our site, also. I will also credit your card with the cost of 1 Twist for the delay and trouble. Again, I apologize.

In this message they also included the tracking number for my Twist and a gift certificate code (not sure how much it is worth).
