Is great. I had read they were and had hoped to never have to experience them. But I got some bad cartos and started a ticket on a Friday. They responded the following Monday afternoon - can't. blame them for not responding over the weekend - with some tips for better results. Didn't work. They responded back stating they were sending me a replacement pack of cartos and some tips to help out a physical/ mechanical issue I had.

I ordered a 5 pack or pre filled Wow Peppermint and a USB pass through. The issue was a rubbery taste about 3-4 puffs into two of the five carts. Another issue was the carts were not activating as they were not making contact. The tip they gave was using a stick pin or similar to pry the batter lead up a bit on the battery and to pry the contact on he carto up a bit. Sometimes they get pushed down. Didn't solve the taste issue and that was when they said they are sending me some replacements.

Also a tip: do NOT use V4L WOW carts on a USB pass through. The pass through is higher voltage than a battery and will cause the WOWs to burn hotter than they are designed for and will burn out faster.
