I purchased a starter kit several weeks back and then I had a problem with the USB charger. For some reason my batteries were not getting power to them. I contacted Vapornine via their website. Sadly like many companies they do not provide a telephone number which I did find to be a drawback. I sent them my email describing the problem. They contacted me the next day for some clarification on my problem. I then had to wait another day for a response.
The response was that I was out past my 14 day warranty but they would still help me out and send me a replacement. Part of me was happy to be getting a replacement, the other part was a little annoyed that I did not notice prior to purchase (my fault of course) that they had such a short warranty. Still the price on their site was less expensive than others for starter kits, so I guess I didnt have THAT much to gripe about.
In the mail today, only 2 days later I received a box-a bit large just for a $5 USB charging piece. Well to my surprise they sent me a whole new unit! 2 new batteries, Wall Charger and USB charger. Wow. I didnt know what to say but THANK YOU (and of course share my experience)!
I'm a happy camper. Before I received my REPLACEMENTS, I even bought some of their express kits to give as gifts so now Im doubly happy to be doing business with them, but I will still suggest to them to UPGRADE their warranty period.
