Vapornine customer service. Surprising!

I purchased a starter kit several weeks back and then I had a problem with the USB charger. For some reason my batteries were not getting power to them. I contacted Vapornine via their website. Sadly like many companies they do not provide a telephone number which I did find to be a drawback. I sent them my email describing the problem. They contacted me the next day for some clarification on my problem. I then had to wait another day for a response.
The response was that I was out past my 14 day warranty but they would still help me out and send me a replacement. Part of me was happy to be getting a replacement, the other part was a little annoyed that I did not notice prior to purchase (my fault of course) that they had such a short warranty. Still the price on their site was less expensive than others for starter kits, so I guess I didnt have THAT much to gripe about.
In the mail today, only 2 days later I received a box-a bit large just for a $5 USB charging piece. Well to my surprise they sent me a whole new unit! 2 new batteries, Wall Charger and USB charger. Wow. I didnt know what to say but THANK YOU (and of course share my experience)!:laugh:
I'm a happy camper. Before I received my REPLACEMENTS, I even bought some of their express kits to give as gifts so now Im doubly happy to be doing business with them, but I will still suggest to them to UPGRADE their warranty period.

VaporNine is where I got started and it's where I send others who want to get started; I'm almost at 2 months tobacco free, and the quality & price of their starter kits had a lot to do with that. I ordered an express starter kit for my stepdaughter (she's 27) and I recommended V9 to my brother in law who ordered a full kit. Recently a coworker asked me to order an express kit for them since they didn't have a credit card; they wanted their kit with regular tobacco flavored carto's, but every time I went to the website they only had menthol available; I sent them an email, and Josh wrote right back advising me to call and make a phone order. He placed the order for the express kit with tobacco carto's no problem, plus some Crisp Menthol juice for me (best menthol juice I've had so far) Good products and great customer service-that's why I recommend VaporNine to people.

Hey guys,

Sorry I missed this post. I need to check this area more often :/ Thanks for the kind words :) As far as the warranty goes, this was a decision by Ben and we may revise this, but with our costs being so low this was what we came up with for now. I will definitely take a look at our warranty policy and see what we can do about it.
