When I was just starting out I tried V4L after starting with Smoke Tip and the CS was a little bit lacking and I thought the cartos left little to be desired, perfumey maybe. I won a contest the other day and wanted to try some of the nobbaco juice and the wow juice and figured I would pick up a 808d-1 connection ego while I was at it.
This is how my order arrived like 2 days after I placed it...Yes fast shipping! Notice the one empty bottle of liquid and all the soaked stuff.
I wrote one message to BHam and within mins replacements were sent out to me. Not.. oh send it back then we will send replacements or pay to ship stuff back. Just..OK it is taken care of your stuff is in the mail and the liquid is wrapped up to prevent it from happening in the future.
The Nobbaco juice Col caramel was salvaged and wow it tasted great. V4L you gained back my business and I think I may have to start sampling your liquids again.
