Why did Smilin wipe out my previous post? And how did he do that? And I am a customer. And I was defending V4L, as I have been very pleased with the service I have received and I was certain V4L would make it right. I am now annoyed however, that after having hand surgery yesterday and spending 20 minutes working with one hand to post a message here, now someone else can come along and wipe it out? WTH? :mad:

Walt, I apologize, having bad computer mornin, as well workin way too much. Please allow me to make it up to you, email me with a wish list, and will hip today. I pride myself on customer service, and bottom line, any mishaps, are MY FAULT, even though I have 2 full time, and 2 part time people:D

Don't feel too bad, Steve. It could be much worse. Try having admin permissions on this site, and completely wiping out a very important thread with no way to replace it. I still have a moderator who curses my name over that one! :oops:

So yeah, I can relate. :D

Im going to get my 10cents in before this thread is locked.

V4L has done nothing but great things for me. This constant .....ing complaining about Customer service seems to come from the most hard headed people those who are new to V4L, V4L has some of the BEST Customer Service that i have had the pleasure to meet. They come to the forums and read what people have to say and are in a constant state of improvement. They stated that they would have an alternate return policy in place within 24hrs and they do. In my most recent purchase i received a defective battery which is NOT their fault. .IT HAPPENS! They are not just throwing out defective products to their buyers! They had a great policy before where they would mail you a replacement on your next order, which i had no problems with before. (They are a business! Yes they are after your money, THATS A BUSINESS!) They now offer the ability to mail in the defective product and have stated that they will work with you to mail you a new one ASAP.

If you think that them sending you a whole new battery every time yours breaks is "Crappy Service" then your a ..... slightly gifted. Batteries dieing is a known problem and is on pretty much every sellers forum. YES they die, they are also $9-$15 and last a damn realy long time pending on how you use them and how you store them.

The fact that V4L replaces anything free of charge is proof of a dedicated seller that wants you to come back for more. So what? you have to make a new purchase? "Boo hooooo they made me order more to get a free replacement."GTFOver it. They appreciate you as a customer and want you to come back! If you don't like it buy an ecig at a mall and see what happens when you try to take it back. if your lucky the guy at the kiosk will spit in your eye after he kicks you in the balls.it wont go too well.

You know what, Don't buy from V4L more for me. I am tired of seeing my favorite flavors getting sold to ...... that turn around and don't like them anyway. Buy smart

V4L is a great company, Has never once screwed me over. Shipping sucks? Yell at the mail man. Battery don't work? stop dropping it. Flavor taste bad? don't order it.

I come to the forum for insightful tips, tricks, and some good deals. I don't come to ..... about my suppliers products. I love V4L~ and if you don't like it....

Steve, I truly appreciate the offer, but that is unnecessary. In fact, even the apology is unnecessary. What I really wanted was to figure out what I had done wrong to cause my post to be deleted. I am new here and am rather unsure of all the rules. I don't want to get off on the wrong foot with anyone.

I love the service I've been getting from your company. I was in the process of sending you a link to this thread so you could deal with the original poster's concerns so you could ensure that a dissatisfied customer was helped. I was trying to do a good thing to assist you and then felt punished by the deletion of my comments.

Regardless, it is water over the dam or under the bridge at this point. I will certainly be placing additional orders with you, and may have to ask for your help with a potentially defective battery that I received in my order yesterday.

Again, I appreciate your offer and your excellent service. And I hope your day improves.

I am kind of shocked at all the hating lately myself. Where is Rodney King to spit out his famous catch phrase when you need him?

Honestly though, V4L has 0 to worry about. The positives of Steve and his company, FAR outweigh the negatives. There is an ocean of positive reviews, and thank yous for any new visitor to swim in.

I personally am shocked that Dr. Vapor has not replied to his thread yet, AND that a man so seemingly intelligent and well read could even post a thread like this. For shame good sir, for shame.

I don't think there is ANYBODY out there who tries half as hard as Steve to keep people happy. Is V4L perfect? Probably not, what is? They are pretty damn close and I hate these kind of unproductive bashing posts against someone I respect and admire.

Nothing but love for you Steve and all the fine people at V4L, and I thank you for all that you do for us. *big hug* :)

Seems everyday someone is in here whining about something. What gives? Some of these people are as bad as the anti-smoking crowd with the "We don't like what all those happy people are doing down there, so lets go put a stop to it". :confused:

Yup - seems like to some we are not the V4L family - we're the Manson Family 8-o

Kool-Aid, anyone? :D
